{"id":803,"date":"2021-12-09T11:28:39","date_gmt":"2021-12-09T11:28:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nerjayoga.com\/?page_id=803"},"modified":"2021-12-09T11:28:39","modified_gmt":"2021-12-09T11:28:39","slug":"yoga-and-healthy-eating-workshops","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.nerjayoga.com\/en\/yoga-and-healthy-eating-workshops\/","title":{"rendered":"Yoga and healthy eating workshops"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>In 2020 I began, together with Marta, H\u00e9ctor and Miguel Angel, to organize a few days of Yoga and healthy food cooking.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a month we would meet in a country house on the outskirts of Nerja, surrounded by fruit trees and roses to offer attendees a day with different themes but with a common denominator: we would always offer a Yoga class in the morning and in the afternoon, and a healthy cooking workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offered a Thai massage workshop or for the adventurous, an Acroyoga workshop.
